Sebastien Perioche is a French-born media entrepreneur dedicated to promoting the European arts and entertainment experience worldwide. As Chairman and CEO of EuroMedia Holdings, Corp., Perioche launched Eurocinema in 2005, the first and only film channel providing internationally-acclaimed theatrical features to the U.S. and Canada on-demand. Eurocinema’s unique block programming consists of contemporary and classic European pictures, documentaries, shorts and more - most never before seen in North America.
As an international scholar with a keen understanding of global business and cultural practices, Perioche specializes in bringing European products and investors to the United States. He is responsible for Eurocinema’s development strategy, in addition to managing relationships with international film distributors.
Perioche earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Switzerland’s University of Lausanne in 1993. He attended Harvard University for a graduate program in Finance and Economics in 1997.

Larry Namer An entertainment industry veteran with over 38 years professional experience in cable television, live events and new media, Larry Namer is a founding partner of METAN Development Group, a new venture created to develop entertainment and media specifically for the Chinese marketplace. An accomplished entrepreneur, Mr. Namer is the co-founder of E! Entertainment Television, a company now valued at over $3.5 billion USD, and the creator of several successful companies in the United States and overseas. Among those companies are Comspan Communications that pioneered Western forms of entertainment in the former Soviet Union and Steeplechase Media that served as the primary consultant to Microsoft’s MiTV for developing interactive TV applications.
A cable industry pioneer, Mr. Namer began his career in 1971 at Time Incorporated Manhattan Cable, and served as Vice President and General Manager of Valley Cable Television (VCTV) in Los Angeles, the nation's first 61-channel two-way cable system. His vision and direction garnered VCTV several Emmy and Cable ACE award nominations, as well as recognition by Forbes magazine as the national model for local cable television programming. In 1989, he was awarded the prestigious President's Award from the National Cable Television Association.
In recent years, Mr. Namer has become recognized as one of the world’s leading experts on new technology and how it is fundamentally altering the business of international media and entertainment. Among the companies that have enlisted his expertise are Microsoft, Paul Allen’s Digeo, World Digital Media Group (a joint venture of Radio Shack), EchoStar, Sirius Radio network and Eurocinema, a VOD service featuring recent award-winning European films, now available in over 25 million homes in North America.
VP AFFILIATE RELATIONS
Steve Matela is the Company's Vice President for Affiliate Relations. In this role, Mr. Matela is responsible for carriage agreements with key MSOs and working with distribution partners to enhance reach within individual cable systems. Mr. Matela will also be working with local systems in the marketing of Eurocinema(sm) to their subscribers. Mr. Matela over thirty years of broadcast and cable industry experience, having held programming and general management duties at stations in New York, Syracuse and Buffalo, NY and San Diego, CA. Additionally, Mr. Matela served for several years in the ABC Television Network Affiliate Relations department handling stations in Texas, Oklahoma and Indiana for the network. He has also been active as a consultant in the cable industry, working extensively with startup operations and with an emphasis in affiliate sales and marketing. Additionally, Mr. Matela has worked in program syndication for INNX, Inc. as well as new product placement in programming and branded entertainment, with Nearware Networks and Madison Road Entertainment. Mr. Matela earned a Bachelor of Science Communications from Ohio University.
PROGRAMMING DIRECTOR
Isabelle Lambert is the founder of the European film festival “Romance in a Can” in Miami Beach and “Miamikids / Cinemagique”, a francophone film festival for children. She has previously worked as a scriptwriter for T.V serials in France and was in charge of developing the South American Markets of interactive T.V for a European Company bought out by Canal +. In the 1990s, she managed a team of writers and readers for Cinedition, a French literary agency in Paris. She was also in charge of the movie website database for movie production companies in France. Her artistic background (Fashion Design School) combined with two law degrees (Masters in Business and Inheritance Law) is enriched by the fact that she speaks fluent German, Italian, English and Spanish. She published two books about the seventeenth century and worked during many years for two French publishing houses, in the department of fiction, science fiction and crime novel.
