EuroMedia Holdings provides video-on-demand content to cable and broadcast television in  the U.S. and Canada under its Eurocinema service mark.  Eurocinema^sm is now available on over 100 cable TV systems serving nearly 16,000,000 subscribers.  New systems are being added monthly.

EuroMedia's content consists of European and international films.  Eurocinema^sm offers feature length releases coupled with short films and commentary in thematically consistent, two hour programming blocks.   Most of the feature and short films have never been seen by U.S. and Canadian audiences.

Eurocinema^sm offers fans of global cinema access to feature movies otherwise unavailable to them.  Eurocinema^sm provides foreign film makers unprecedented visibility in front of U.S. and Canadian viewers, as well as the Hollywood creative community.

EuroMedia has assembled a proven management team of cable industry veterans led by Larry Namer, founder and creator of E! Entertainment Television.

BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Jacques Perioche is the CEO of Perioche Recycling SA, a recycling company in France, an industry with which he has been involved for over thirty years. He is Chairman of Euroventure, a Belgium-based investment company specializing in the areas of waste management, luxury retail stores, real estate and media.  Mr. Perioche brings strong management and operational skills. Mr. Perioche advises and consults to Eurocinema^sm in the areas of strategic development, film acquisition, strategic partnerships and startup operations.

Sebastien Perioche is the founder, Chairman and CEO of EuroMedia Holdings, Corp. Mr. Perioche is responsible for overseeing EuroMedia Holdings's development strategy and investments, in addition to managing relationships with European film and entertainment distributors.
Mr. Perioche has successfully launched EurocinemaSM,  the first movie channel dedicated to award-winning European and international films,  in over 15 million homes in the US and Canada, as well as positioned the channel to be the worldwide destination for European and International cinema.
Armed with a keen understanding of global business and cultural practices, Mr. Perioche also specializes in bringing European products and investors to the United States.
A graduate of University of Lausanne, Switzerland where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, he also attended Harvard University for a one year graduate program in Finance and Economics.
