Rick Portin Productions is contracted to handle all production of the Eurocinemasm programming blocks and associated promotional material. Mr. Portin is a longtime Emmy Award winning Entertainment/Technology Executive experienced in entrepreneurial development of entertainment entities, cutting edge technology ventures and other innovative entrepreneurship in television, film, video and convergence technologies. Mr. Portin came to Eurocinema from Reality 24/7, a worldwide reality cable/on-demand/broadband network where he designed innovative production and interactive streaming technology as Vice President Production.

At Microsoft Interactive Television, he served as Executive Producer in charge of programming, developing some of the industry's first interactive television programming. He lead production teams and directed Microsoft Executives worldwide live broadband television shows consisting of entertainment and technology programming on a private broadband network and on Microsoft.com. Was also a member of the Windows Advanced Consumer Technology/Research and Development team, Future Home Technology, where he Developed/planed entertainment and user experiences for integrating technology into homes.

Prior to Microsoft, he was Vice President of Production, E! Entertainment Television, where he managed the creative and technical operations for the 24 hour national cable network. In that position he started up production operations and created goals for programming and production, for the achievement of a worldwide entertainment cable network.

Mr. Portin also served as Director of Production for Viacom, where he managed various production operations. In this position he directed for Showtime, MTV, VH1 and launched local cable networks.
